Invisibility: Let's go full Bilbo. He goes fully invisible, too, he can't be picked up by infrared or any sort of sensors. Maybe occasional magical detecting spells, but technology is SOL as long as he can keep quiet enough.
Magic Bow and Arrows: He can form a magic bow made of light that shoots magic arrows, which hit with considerable force. He can shoot three kinds of arrows. The first type hits like a normal arrow, the second type is explosive, and the third can light things on fire.
ABILITIES Chil is a talented scout and lockpick, light on his feet and good at detecting and disarming traps. He's able to hear and smell changes in the environment before others do. He's a polyglot and sometimes acts as an interpreter.
He's a very good shot with a bow but unfortunately due to his draw strength and bow size, his shots lack power. But he's sometimes made up for it by aiming for vulnerable spots, or used his shots to point out vulnerable spots to teammates better able to strike them with more force.
